All-American Co-Ed - Movie Download

Plot

The frat boys of Quinceton University want to get even with the snotty sorority gals at all-female Marr Brynn U. This requires Bob to dress up in drag and to enter Marr Brynn's yearly beauty contest. When he's not prancing around in curls, Bob spends his time romancing pert co-ed Virginia (Frances Langford). The film's four musical numbers include the Oscar-nominated "Out of the Silence".

I think this film is way under-rated. The opening scene is hysterical. Bob/Bobbie (played by Johnny Downs) dresses up an a female student that must perform in a show. This situation creates some laughs. There are also a few good musical and dance numbers.

Movie is a good musical from the period. Costumes show good imagination in a overboard manner. A couple of the songs are pretty good.
