Plot
Here's a treat: one of the very few wu xia (historical martial chivalry) films by one of the greatest of the "Bruce Lee clones." Dragon Lee (a.k.a. Bruce Lei) curls his lip, thumbs his nose, and animal-snarls through a classic tale of heroic rebels battling corrupt, vicious Ching Dynasty assassins.There're five renegade Shaolin killers, a mysterious woman warrior with a nasty boomerang hat, a master of disguise with a deadly silver hand, kidnappings, torture, and loads of super cool acrobatic fights. This is one Dragon who's great when he's angry!
ABOUT THE PRINT:
The fights are clearly in view despite the full screen as well as the slight warping of the tape original and the scratchiness of the actual film.
NOTE: Because this movie was originally transferred to digital from a tape, the quality of the video is not the best it can be. We still believe, however, that it is worth watching for those interested in the subject matter. Checkout the trailer clip (if available) to get a sample of the video quality.
