Plot
Two hapless losers, Buddy (Lance Barber, HBO's series "The Comeback") and Earl (Billie Worley, "Early Edition" ), who live in a junk yard in the meat-packing town of Butcher's Mill, Illinois, cook up a plan to kidnap their local U.S. Congressman (Chevy Chase) for ransom. They think it's their ticket to a better life, but their prime score turns into a raw deal when it descends into the most fouled up kidnapping in the history of crime!DVD Features:

EZTakes signs distribution agreements with all film owners, or their representatives. Those agreements almost always restrict us from selling some films in some countries. We very much want to be able to sell all films in more countries; however, getting the legal rights to do so is not always within our power.
