Billy Chong's film debut finds him as a country boy who comes to the city to live with his family and runs into trouble with the local bad guys. Billy learns karate, not kung fu, to put a world of hurt on those foolish enough to mess with him.
NOTE: Because this movie was originally transferred to digital from a tape, the quality of the video is not the best it can be.
