Plot

When the daughter of the minister of Hong Kong is held hostage by Janicot, the "high priest of the occult," Robert Sand (Jim Kelly), an agent of D.R.A.G.O.N. (Defense Reserve Agency Guardian Of Nations) cuts his vacation short to return to active duty. Toki, the minister's daughter, is also Robert's girlfriend. Janicot rules the underworld using his group of black magic cult members to run his prostitution and drug trafficking operations. Sand will not let anything or anyone stop him in his quest to destroy Janicot's evil organization and return Toki to her father.

Karate Champion Jim Kelly is best known to film audiences for his role as Williams in the martial arts cult classic Enter the Dragon opposite film icon Bruce Lee.

  Buy the book and skip this movie. I am a fan of Jim Kelly, but this is one of the ten worst movies ever made.

  The production values are almost a little too good to be labeled blaxploitation. It's not quite good enough to be good and not bad enough to be funny enough to make fun of it. It sits in a gray area. But it is action packed and reflective of the time it was made. The main thing I didn't like was the choreography. It was way below what Jim Kelly was really capable of. I mean Bruce picked him for Enter the Dragon for a reason. That said, I would recommend Hot Potato, another Jim Kelly vehicle that's enjoyable throughout. You'll also get to hear Issac from the Love Boat using extreme potty mouth language. :)
