A hit at festivals around the country, BOMB THE SYSTEM is the first feature length film in over 20 years to focus on the subject of graffiti - the only art form that can also be considered a crime.

Anthony 'Blest' (STORYTELLING'S Mark Webber) is one of the most talented and notorious graffiti artists in New York City. Despite the tragic loss of his older brother during a nightly 'bombing' foray with a graffiti crew, Anthony parties, shoplifts spray-paint and tags virgin walls with his signature 'Blest'. He does his best to avoid run-ins with the cops and hostile rival crews, but can't avoid pressure from his mother to attend college, and from his girlfriend to leave New York with her.

As tensions rise, a physical threat from the cops causes the crew to intensify their bombing excursions, calling an all out war on the city. When the inevitable confrontation comes, a tragedy results that pushes Anthony to make a decision that has darker consequences. BOMB THE SYSTEM is an unforgettable portrait of the often misunderstood art form and culture of graffiti.

  aright checkit. mad heads say that this movie is a fake, kuz its not really wat we writers go through...same with that marc ecko game....its not real. but either way, im intelligent enough to know that this movie was remarkable. it promoted my interest in graf and got me thinking about it 24/7, and now i bomb mad steel and window downs with them MTN hardcores like theres no tomorrow. kuz there aint.

  I thought this was a tight movie. The storyline and the cameos by actual graffiti writers, added authenticity. LEE, TATS,and GANO, to name a few. It showed what we go through as writers.

  If you love the art of graffiti or any of its forms, this is the movie for you. I know that it was for me. Everyone should love the story of BLEST the young graffiti artist and his story. Watch it.

  Palm Pictures dose it again Bomb the System is one of the freshest most dope films about not just the art of graffiti but also what graffiti writers must go though every day.
