The Cannes Film Festival...it's where deals get made, producers get laid, and stars get paid. Sy Lerner, legendary producer, figures the make this year's Cannes a little more fun. He wagers with a fellow film exec that he can take any kid off the street and turn him into the most sought-after screenwriter using the universal language of festival hype. He meets Frank Rhinoslavsky, a cab driver from New York, and transforms him into 'Frank Rhino'.
