Plot
A Cannes Man With Connections but No Conscience...The Cannes Film Festival...it's where deals get made, producers get laid, and stars get paid. Sy Lerner, legendary producer, figures the make this year's Cannes a little more fun. He wagers with a fellow film exec that he can take any kid off the street and turn him into the most sought-after screenwriter using the universal language of festival hype. He meets Frank Rhinoslavsky, a cab driver from New York, and transforms him into 'Frank Rhino'. They're charming Hollywood stars, bigwigs and investors with a blend of hype and substance, lining up one of the greatest casts with the biggest budget of all time. Who cares that there's script?
