A classic itself, here's a rollicking time-warp of classic monster themes, co-starring Lon Chaney, Jr. and set in 60s era Venice Beach, CA, complete with acid trips, surfers (the wet kind) and gorgeous hippie chicks. Count Dracula appears to the mad scientist who's trying to prefect a complex serum, using the blood of young women who were scared to death. In exchange for some of the serum, the Count offers the scientist the remains of the original Frankenstein monster to reanimate and use a weapon of revenge.
A Vegas showgirl searching for her missing sister follows leads to the lab and an attempt to free her. She and the cops battle it out with the two legends, whose rivalry eventually pits them against one another in a historic monster mash.
