Plot
Winner of The Jury Prize, Cannes Film Festival 2006Andre Demester leaves his farm in northern France to become a soldier in a far off land. On his last night of freedom, he witnesses Barbe, his childhood friend and secret love, sleeping with another man. A twist of fate puts the two men side by side in combat where their undeclared personal war and the one they are fighting tragically merge. Left behind, Barbe, alone and wasting away, faces misfortunes of her own, while awaiting the soldiers' return.

Even though Apple iTunes, and just about every other legal movie download site, imposes DRM restrictions, we don't. That's because we want our customers to get the most value from their legitimate purchases.

Why is this title not for sale in my country?
EZTakes signs distribution agreements with all film owners, or their representatives. Those agreements almost always restrict us from selling some films in some countries. We very much want to be able to sell all films in more countries; however, getting the legal rights to do so is not always within our power.
