Jari pickes a resistance training exercise (compound move)and keeps at it for 5 full minutes. And she keeps doing this 9 times. She varies the tempo (slow tempo, isometric holds, regular tempo) to keep it interesting and make the muscles burn. It can be done be people at all fitness levels because a. variations are shown by background exercisers for the less/more fit and b. by picking a lighter/heavier weight. The time flies and you dont realize this is a 60 minute workout. The only weak part of the workout is the final Abs section which does not really work the abs.
Buy it even if you wrkout at a gym for the ideas. Take this style of training to the gym and see it shake up your routine and build endurance. |
