Plot

This high-energy, action-packed thriller pits an outlaw gang, led by lesbian Gulf War vet Frankie Falzone, against the Peelmans - a seemingly "normal" family who harbor a dark and deadly secret. As two U.S. marshals close in on the gang, the terror mounts and the body count rises.   Although violence occurs throughout the film, the script written by Pamela Mones, based on a story outline by Don Dohler, creates characters in action. Pitted against each other, the Gulf War Gang and the organ-harvesting family reveal that bad can appear appealing, good is rarely what it seems, and the business of harvesting organs can be very dangerous. Mones' characters are both believable in their roles and presumed capable of the heinous crimes each family commits. The ending put a riveting twist as the basis for a tantalizing sequel.

  I am intrigued by the idea of harvesting body parts, so this movie by screenwriter Pamela Mones, captured my interest. The suspense was captivating, although the acting a bit stilted in some scenes. The characters, esp. the Peelmans, gave an eery chill to the drama.
