After the ferocious murder of drug lord Pedro Aviles, his two most loyal friends and allies, El Culiche and El Gitano, vow to avenge his death. They form a new gang and plan a merciless attack on the government heads responsible: judges, agents, narco-policemen, chiefs and even the civilians who helped in the killing of Pedro Aviles. The tables have turned and the hunters have become the hunted.
A raiz de la muerte de Pedro Aviles, sus socios y amigos: Toño Acosta, El Culiche y El Gitano, deciden vengar su traición y muerte. A su vez varios de los jefes que componian el cartel de Pedro Aviles deciden aprovecharse y forman una nueva organización, cuyo objetivo principal es desaparecer a los hombres leales de Pedro Aviles y a la vez tomar el control del el cartel, ahora sin cabeza principal. El Coronel Fuentes al marcharse al Estado Mayor Presdencial de donde fue enviado, entrega el mando policiaco al Comandante Elizondo uno de los hombres mas crueles, sanguinarios y despiadados con que cuenta la policia Federal, con el fin de controlar y prevenir una Guerra que saben esta por venir.
