OK, the movie deserves more than 5 stars, but I'm giving it two stars for it being altered. "more picture than ever before?" WTF? The movie was shot/drawn/animated/filmed in the "academy" ratio of 1.37:1. So every time this movie's been released in the past, you pretty much saw every inch of the film (in varying degrees of quality).
For this movie to be "enhanced" for 16x9 means they blew it up some places, stretched it out in others, so it would fill up a HDTV screen. It's just as annoying as a wide screen movie cropped "pan and scan" style to fit on a traditional 4X3 TV screen. It's not that film purists/movie lovers want a big image; they want the RIGHT image. They want to see the image in the ration it was originally conceived to be seen. I'm pretty sure EZTakes also has another version of this movie in the correct aspect ratio, I'd recommend you get that one instead of this one. I'd rather get a public-domain dollar DVD of this movie, washed out with some splices and marks, than this "restoration."
I will not charge first-time customers when any problem prevents you from fully enjoying your purchase. I will never charge you in the unlikely event that you experience a technical problem with the EZTakes service. All you need to do is contact technical support within 48 hours of your purchase and your charges will be removed.

Find out about new releases, free stuff and more! There's lots of ways to stay in touch with EZTakes:
EZTakes has the largest catalog of legal DVD downloads on the planet! We've focused on getting the independent, comedy, cult, horror, classic and foreign films that you won't find in most video stores. Our catalog also includes numerous titles that won awards at some of the world's most prestigious international film festivals. Try some of our free downloads, or check out our featured movies page.
Our free download manager makes it EZ for you to download movies, burn DVDs, print labels/cases, and manage your download collection. We also offer a To-Go option for our download manager that lets you export your movies to portable devices, like Apple iPods. If you don't already have our download manager on your computer, you'll be prompted to get it when you check out a title.
DRM, or Digital Rights Management technology, restricts when, where and how customers can enjoy the content they purchase from other download sites. That causes nasty surprises when DRM stops people from using their downloads for legitimate purposes, like burning DVDs, moving movies to a new computer or watching them on a portable device. Even though Apple iTunes, and just about every other legal movie download site, imposes DRM restrictions, we don't. That's because we want our customers to get the most value from their legitimate purchases.
EZTakes signs distribution agreements with all film owners, or their representatives. Those agreements almost always restrict us from selling some films in some countries. We very much want to be able to sell all films in more countries; however, getting the legal rights to do so is not always within our power.
Please remember to check the EZTakes site periodically since we are always publishing more downloads that we can distribute in more countries.
