After a ferocious confrontation with the federal police, "El Chaca" escapes only to be later betrayed by his partner Mariano, who believed him to be dead. El Chaca soon becomes again the most powerful drug lord and for his birthday all the other drug lords gather to pay their respects by bringing him expensive presents. Barbarino, a loyal servant, has no money to buy his boss a gift so he decides instead to give El Chaca the gift of greatest value: the head of his worst enemy, Mariano!
Tras un fuerte enfrentamiento con la Policia Federal, "El Chaca" logra escapar, pero despues es traicionado por su companero Mariano, quien lo da por muerto. Al poco tiempo, "El Chaca" se convierte nuevamente en el capo mas importante de la zona y en su fiesta de cumpleanos todos los jefes de la region llegan ha presentar sus respetos ademas de costosos regalos. Avergonzado el fiel Barbarino por no poder regalarle nada similar decide hacerle el mejor regalo de todos...la cabeza de su acerrimo enemigo, Mariano!
