1941
After running out on his own wedding, millionaire bachelor Drogo Gaines (John Hubbard) is committed to an insane asylum by his fianc e. Gaines escapes from the asylum in the company of fellow patient and certified lunatic Col. Carlton Carroway (Adolphe Menjou). On the lam from the asylum, the pair meets up with and joins a traveling carnival run by Penguin Moore (Carole Landis). Gaines and Carroway help the beleaguered carnival and save it from bankruptcy. Directed by Hal Roach, Hal Roach Jr. and Gordon M. Douglas; this musical comedy is filled with slapstick action.

Two newlyweds are looking for a lovely honeymoon that is disrupted by the arrival of their parents. The groom's father is scheming to get the back the money of the bride's mother who lost it to a suitor. A hilarious cast of characters invade upon our couple's vacation causing all sorts of headaches.
