Plot
Two movies on one disc!Spartacus and the Ten Gladiators

This "sword and sandal" tale recounts the gladiator rebellion led by Spartacus, who organizes a revolt of his fellow gladiators to stop the cruelty of the Coliseum games. At the time, gladiators were forced to fight each other to the death for the entertainment of the rich and powerful members of Roman society. Spartacus and his band of gladiators escape from the pens of the Coliseum and are pursued by Roman centurions with the orders to bring back the rebellious fighters dead or alive.

Gideon and Samson

This biblical epic takes two of the more popular stories from the Book of the Judges and brings them to the silver screen starring the incomparable Fernando Rey, Ivo Garrani as Gideon and Anton Geesink as Samson. The first tale involves our hero Gideon, a simple farmer who is visited by a stranger, actually an angel, and is moved to change from an indifferent individual into a strong leader. The second tale is the classic story of Samson, with his wondrous strength, and his downfall at the hands of the seductive Delilah.
