This long-running weekly show spotlighted America's legendary comedian and beloved TV clown, Red Skeleton. Each show featured a series of hilarious comedy skits, gags and vignettes starring Skelton and guest performers.
An illustrious roster of writers for the show included the inimitable Johnny Carson. The format for the show was a comedy breakthrough that set the groundwork for future shows including "Laugh-In" and "Saturday Night Live."
