In a quiet suburban neighborhood, two sisters are about to experience the dark and sinister world of Terror Toons. Candy and Cindy's parents have traveled out of town for the weekend leaving the two sisters home alone. Cindy receives a mysterious package in the mail with a free DVD cartoon sent to her by the Devil himself. Candy is having a house party with some friends while Cindy views the cartoon in her room. She unintentionally lets loose two homicidal cartoon characters, Dr. Carnage and Max Assassin. The fiendish characters talk, torment and kill the partygoers in wild and kooky cartoon traditions. Cindy is the only one who has the power to stop the demented animations from continuing their insane murder spree. Can she save her friends? Can she save herself from the crazy mayhem? Will everyone die?

This movie may be a B horror movie, but when I saw it, it wasn't all that bad. It had Protagonists, Antagonists, a developed plot, and breast.
The good things about this movie: The names for the toons are cool, I mean, Dr. Carnage and Max Assassin, Those are good names.
It also makes a good entrance point. They enter out world threw the TV when the hypnose thing puts the girl too sleep.
And finally, I think the ways Dr.C and Max A killed people were cartoony and origional. Espesually the spin rip, Scissor Head slice, and Laugh to death untill your puke your intestines are good points.
Thebad things about this movie are a plenty: The fact that the endig IS SO F**KING CHEAP!!!!
I personally didnt like the way Max died, and the fact Cindey, or candey, I dont remember, turned into a super hero type person.
Dr. Carnage got his ass handed to him on a plate, however. Because he got his head split open by a giant axe, hilarious.
Anyway, this movie is okay and a well use of blood. 3/5 stars
I wish to see the sequel soon and HOPE there will be a third ( or VS movie) GOOD WORK JOE! |
