Plot
The Colgate Comedy Hour had a successful run from 1950 to 1955, in which a number of comedy legends rotated as hosts of the show, but Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis easily held on firmly as the highly favored and much anticipated comedic duo - by pairing the melodious sounds of Martin with the hilarious antics of Lewis.In this third 5-disc set, you will see Dean and Jerry keeping up their unmatchable skills to entertain and amuse an audience in these 10 episodes from the classic Colgate Comedy Hour.
You will see such sketches as Dean playing a traveling salesman trying to steal Jerry's girlfriend, a special musical trio number with Kitty Kallon, Dean playing the father of Jerry, and a remarkable parody of Ed Sullivan, played by Jerry, in a "Toast of the Colgate Town" skit, with guest cameo celebrity portrayals - all played by Dean Martin!
