The Death of Richie
1973
In this haunting drama, Robbie Benson (Ice Castles, One on One) turns in a strong performance as Richie, a brooding and troubled teenager who feels overwhelmed by pressures that seem to come at him from every direction. Ben Gazzara (Hysterical Blindness) co-stars as the overbearing and cruel father who never sees his son's descent into drugs or the inevitable tragic outcome that follows.

Shell Game
1975
Singer John Davidson stars as Max Castle, a likeable con-artist who turns the tables on the corrupt head of a fund-raising organization. It seems the leader of the charity has been bilking its well-intentioned contributors in an effort to cover his large gambling debt. Once Castle discovers the true actions of the charity leader, he sets in motion a scam to expose his deeds and recover the money. Joann Van Ark (of Knot's Landing fame) co-stars in this entertaining feature.

  I am the real Brick from the movie The Death of Richie. I was Richie's best friend back when he was killed by his father. It was not self defense. It was murder.Richie did not have to be killed, he needed some help.Unfortunately, his father did not get him help. He chose to get rid of his problem.
