Johnny is gone, but not forgotten. Before he took over the Tonight Show, Johnny Carson had several TV shows of his own, including THE JOHNNY CARSON SHOW (1955-156). In this blast from the past, Johnny performs in classic sketch comedies, including parodies of popular TV shows, one featuring a mind reader (a precursor of Karnak the Magnificent!) and another spoofing Ed Sullivan's "The Toast of the Town." Se Johnny Carson honing his comedic skills in these two ultra-rare television shows from the fabulous fifties, complete with original 1950s commercials.
