Plot
Two George Zucco movies on one disc!The Mad Monster
1942
Dr. Cameron (George Zucco), a discredited scientist succeeds with his experiment in creating a serum that transforms men into wolf-like creatures. Originally developing this formula to help the world, the scientist decides to use his newly-created subject (Glenn Strange) to exact revenge upon the scientists who were responsible for his ouster from the scientific community. The scientist's daughter Lenora (Anne Nagel) grows wary of her father's actions and shares her suspicions with a newspaper reporter (Johnny Downs). When the scientist loses control of his creature, it falls upon the scientist's daughter and the reporter to stop it.
Dead Men Walk

The marvelously theatrical George Zucco plays a dual role as the dysfunctional Clayton twins who also happen to be doctors. Predictably one twin is good, and the other evil. Dr. Lloyd Clayton is forced to kill his brother Elwyn in self-defense. Elwyn, who happens to be well versed in the dark arts, returns from the grave to exact his revenge. Lloyd viciously slays Elwyn's colleagues, leaving a mounting trail of evidence that point to the surviving sibling. Lloyd is aided in his evil acts by a hunchbacked assistant played by Dwight Frye.
