Plot
A prosecutor is mysteriously slain. Tracy is a wisecracking reporter who weaves his way into the underworld to find the killer. Things get more complex when the crook whom Tracy suspects is the killer ends up dead himself! LaRue shines as a sleazy night club owner. Tracy aged tremendously in the ten years following Doctor X.
