Plot
The Wudang Mountain is the place where rites were held by the diety Xuanwu in legend, so the development of Wudang Kung fu has been influenced by Taoist philosophical thinking. The quieting the heart, sinking the qi, concentrating the spirit and smoothing force are the principles of wudang cudgel. The style uses the calm of the tortoise and the inspiration of the snake in its techniques. Main methods include the striking, pointing, uppercutting, parrying, clouding, sweeping, blocking and supporting, truly showing the Wudang cudgel's special characteristics of body and weapon becoming one and changing the Yin and Yang of each other.Note: This is disc 2 of a 2 disc set
