About Tracey Mallet: As seen by millions of TV viewers, Tracey Mallett was a popular host of "The Method Show" on Fox Fit TV. She also starred in "The Method Cardio Boot Camp," "The Method 20/20 Cardio Kick," and "The Method Jab, Kick & Burn," which are current best sellers.
A Fitness Expert for over 15 years, Tracey is also a Master Pilates Instructor for Rael Isacowitz (Body Arts and Science) and has been certified through his program at the Pilates Physical Mind Institute in Santa Fe. She is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance.
In addition, Mallett is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and lifestyle and weight management counselor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of American (AFAA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is also a Level One certified GyrotonicŪ Instructor and is co-owner of ATP Specific Training and Physical Therapy, a full wellness facility in South Pasadena.
