Plot
A Young Man On A Mission"Left home at the age of seven/one year later I'm carryin' an AK-47." War Child is a unique documentary - the story of Emmanuel Jal captures the times we live in.
It is a story about immense sorrow, struggle and survival.
The underlying message is one of love, hope and joy.

A brilliant movie, it will shock and inspire you. A history lesson of Sudanese conflict is weaved into a personal story of a young hip hop artist. The movie is beautifully composed, especially the parts shot in Africa. It makes you look differently at your own life, too.
