Plot
Digitally Remastered 30th Anniversary EditionDuring WWII in a small Canadian town, 16 year-old college dropout Jeannie (Carol Kane, in her screen debut) is raped by her brother's best friend. Her overbearing father (Donald Pleasance) tries to find a way to save the 'family honor,' little heeding the suffering and pain the young woman is experiencing. This startling drama was deemed 'Canada's Best Film' in 1972.

Why is this title not for sale in my country?
EZTakes signs distribution agreements with all film owners, or their representatives. Those agreements almost always restrict us from selling some films in some countries. We very much want to be able to sell all films in more countries; however, getting the legal rights to do so is not always within our power.
